How can I unfreeze my Ipod and how to put music on Ipod ??

I am finally catching up, or trying to, with the new age and the new toys. I finally went and bought an Ipod and the then I had to find a website to help me with all the questions. Like for instance how can i unfreeze my ipod? I dont know what I did to cause it, but it froze up on me. Then my next question was how to put music on ipod? I know there are so many people using these and I wonder if they have as many problems as I do with mine. Maybe I just have to get used to using it more. I dont know. There are so many different websites that you can use to help with the Ipod and I have probably gone to just about all of them. They need one website that says, “Answers for Dummies with anything electronic they buy”, or just ask either my kids or my grandson. If they are not around to get me out of trouble, then I am in bad shape. The directions they give you is not for me since I have “electronic Dummy” written across my forehead. I had just gotten my Ipod and had to find that website on how can I unfreeze my ipod, and once I figured that out, I was ok. Now, I figured, how hard can it be to put music on here. Nope not easy, for me anyway. On the same website they had how to put music on ipod, so this website is bookmarked on my computer. Maybe since I am not that electronically inclined, perhaps I should either take the Ipod back and get my money back, or give it to one of my kids as a present. I still haven’t decided to keep this Ipod yet, but maybe I will and see if it gets easier for me.
