    Another myPadMedia Review

    June 27th, 2010 by admin

In the past couple of years there has been an increase of interest in the area of ebook readers. This was there has been a mark improvement in the technology and gadgets in this area. In the past the main complaint from the user was that reading ebook from the PC or PDA did not feel the same as reading it from the physical book. That was because the users could not flip the pages and to read from the computer monitor over long periods could be quite straining to the eyes.

So although there was still a market out there for ebooks because they were relatively cheaper to produce but the push was not there to drive up the usage of ebooks. Well all these changed when gadgets like Kindle and iPad came out in the market. Now you could read the ebooks quite easily from these gadgets that provide a virtual look and feel of the physical book. iPad uses the ibooks application that provides a virtual wooden shelf for  the user to choose the title and book that he or she wishes to read. Furthermore it is able to provide full page view of the ebook.

Although I mentioned that ebooks are relatively cheaper but on the average, it still cost about USD15 per book so for the average avid reader out there, it could burn a whole in their wallet if they buy a few ebook per month. However the wonderful news is that right now there is actually a service out there that provides unlimited ipad ebooks to download. On to top of this, they also include free access to thousands of online newspapers as well as downloads of popular comics. The service is called mypadmedia and they only charged a one time payment of USD49.95 for all these downloads. Yeah that’s right, you only have to pay once and you have access to the service for a lifetime. Just to prove that they are confident of their service and products, they even throw in a 60 days money back guarantee. The quality of the ebooks are pretty good so you would get books from A list authors mixed with some not so known books and authors. However with over 30,000 books to choose from, I am sure you will find something to read on the site. So go on and give it a try, after all if you don’t like it you can always ask for your money back within 60 days after you sign up.
